The Detroit Handbell Ensemble is pleased to announce our new artistic director, Kyle Webber! If the name sounds familiar, it’s because Kyle has been both a ringer and the associate artistic director of DHE for several years where he worked closely and collaboratively with Brenda Austin. In addition to being an accomplished director and ringer, Kyle is a published composer, arranger, pianist, and organist who brings enthusiasm and positive energy while setting a high expectation of musical excellence. His good-natured humor instills an element of levity that keeps rehearsals enjoyable, yet very challenging.
Detroit Handbell Ensemble is proud to present our Spring concert “Let's Dance!” a musical celebration of fellowship, movement and joy. We've got a fun program that includes The Tennessee Waltz, Moondance, A Million Dreams, Dancing Queen (yes, really!), and much more. DHE welcomes you to celebrate music and dance with us! We look forward to seeing you at one of our three scheduled concerts: May 7 in Farmington Hills, May 13 in Royal Oak, and June 4 in Eaton Rapids. Click here for details.
